Haywood Community Connections serves as Information Central, a hub facilitating the flow of information to and from the various communities of Haywood County, creating a network dedicated to assisting and linking seniors with information and services, providing increased options to aid seniors to live as independent as possible for as long as possible.

Among the ways to locate services and programs are:

Community Support Teams are being established in communities across the county. These individuals have been trained regarding available programs and services for older adults and are prepared to provide you with information pertaining to your needs.
